  • Currently functioning as an HR Business partner for India IT team handling 500+ employees.

  • Advised and partnered with employees in the full realm of HR to include but not limited to leadership selections, employee relations, performance management, rewards and recognition, organizational structure, manpower.

  • Serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve personnel issues.

  • Analyzed the bugs pertaining to HCM launch process and raised Service Request for individual bugs to be given a workaround for performing the tasks smoothly.

  • Receives, reviews, and processes documents pertaining to new hires, payroll and verifying for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policy and procedural requirements.

  • Been a part of UAT HCM testing in San Francisco for 4 months wherein we successfully tested and implemented HCM to Oracle with raising Bugs in Bugzilla platform to coordinating with the OAL Team to rectify the issues.

  • Have additional onsite experience in countries Romania, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai wherein I have successfully completed the KT from client side and implemented in the current company.

  • Ensure all processes/requests received by the Centre are in accordance with global policies and procedural guidelines.

  • Designed and delivered soft skills workshops based on IDP inputs, covering 75 employees; overall NPS of >80 percent.
